AITrust S.A. provides employees, partners, suppliers, and third parties with this confidential channel for receiving complaints related to conduct that may constitute violations of the law, internal regulations, or the Crime Prevention Model.

A complaint should include, if possible:

  • Date and time of the complaint
  • Date of the events
  • Person who committed the offense
  • Location of the incident
  • Type of offense
  • Whether the worker is internal or external
  • Whether you wish to remain anonymous
  • People involved
  • Details of the incident
  • How long the issue has been occurring

All information will be treated with strict confidentiality. Complaints will be reviewed by AITrust S.A.'s Compliance department.
